Terms of Use
All participants must treat their unique logins and passwords in a secure manner. If you believe that the security details have been compromised, please select ‘Forgotten Password’ on the portal and follow the on screen instructions.
All submissions to the portal must be an accurate and true reflection of your company’s capabilities and any pricing submitted accurate.
You must use the secure messaging portal function to communicate with the Buyer and seek any clarifications, this will provide an auditable register of all communications, and will safe guard both parties from any accusations of collusion. Communications outside of the portal will not be responded to and may lead to your company being removed from the active process.
All suppliers MUST republish their submissions if at any time any settings or parameters are changed within the event/project. N.B. You will receive a portal generated message from the Buyer to notify you of any changes, generally this will not require you to re-enter any previously submitted information.
Advice & Support
If you have any queries relating to the portal please refer to the online help guide in the first instance <http://www.curtisfitch.com/support/suppliers>, if your problem still persists please contact Curtis Fitch directly on:
01242 530900 or
support@curtisfitchglobal.com
clearly stating the title of the project and a clear description of the problem and your contract details.
<It is advised that any issues are reported and dealt with ASAP to avoid missing any project submission dates.>
Please ensure you read and fully understand all the necessary actions, time scales and respond to any subsequent communications.
Please ensure you regularly ‘save’ your submission to prevent any data loss due to connectivity issues or inactivity periods. For security purposes the portal will log you out of the system after thirty minutes of inactivity.
Please ensure you leave plenty of time to submit your response, including any clarifications questions, as extensions can only be permitted whereby an issue arises with the portal itself and affects all users.
