Provision of a Project Management Consultant for the Abbey Meadow Swimming Pool Refurbishment

The council requires professional support in the form of a Project Management Consultant for the duration and satisfactory completion of the outdoor swimming pool refurbishment and associated works listed below:
• Outdoor swimming pool refurbishment, to include level deck pool built within confines of the existing pool tank and also a new ‘beach area’
• New promenade and pool surround
• Full refurbishment of the changing rooms facilities
• Replacement of the pools plant room equipment
• Replacement of the pools filtration system
• Refurbishment of the changing room roof
• Replacement/renewal of related external underground pipework
