Small works Project for Studio Retail

Capita Procurement Solutions have been engaged by Studio Retail Ltd to support them in Procurement activities, this includes the establishment of preferred supplier list for small works to be carried out over the next 3-5 years.

Studio Retail are looking to establish a small preferred supplier list to use for future small works at Studio sites, with works including but not limited to office refurbishment, roof repair, boiler replacement etc. Studio typically spends between £600k-£1m on small works in a financial year.

This RFP will be used to demonstrate value using: planned works for this year, rate cards and case studies. Successful suppliers will have the opportunity to quote on future works.
