This is an invitation to provide a quote to Havant Borough Council for Consultancy; The Promenade, Emsworth Survey.

The deadline for submission of quotes is 1600 hours on 5 October 2020.

Once logged into the portal, (http://procurementsolutions.esourcingportal.com) click into the event from the home page, then you will need to accept the terms and conditions (of the website), and this will then enable you to click the second box which shows any documentation, having read and agreed to the documentation you can then proceed to the event console.
