Consultancy, Site Selection Study, Whealden Heath's Infrastructure Project (WHIP)

This is an invitation to provide a quote to East Hampshire District Council for Consultancy; Site Selection Study for the Southern Wey Valley WHIP (Whealden Heath’s Infrastructure Project)

The deadline for submission of quotes is 1400 hours on 18 September 2020.

Once logged into the portal, (http://procurementsolutions.esourcingportal.com) click into the event from the home page, then you will need to accept the terms and conditions (of the website), and this will then enable you to click the second box which shows any documentation, having read and agreed to the documentation you can then proceed to the event console.

If you have any questions relating to the quotation exercise itself, please raise these through the portal's messaging function.

We would like to advise if you are a member of the Capita group of companies, and are interested in a particular project or requirement you must inform us at the point you register on the portal and more importantly when you express interest in the project, by sending a message via the portal messaging service for that project. This will enable the Capita Procurement team to invoke the ethical walls process with yourselves and the 5C’s and ensure a transparent and compliant quotation/tender process is delivered.
