Media Planning And Buying Tender - Expressions of Interest

ScotRail is looking for a leading communications planning agency to source and deliver a new partnership for the supply of Media, Planning & Buying Services that reflects a full range of media planning and buying capabilities underpinned by flexible, reliable, cost effective and customer focused service.

Expressions of interest are invited for the tender for the provision of media planning and buying services to ScotRail. The contract will commence in early 2019 and will run until 31st March 2020, with an option to extend for a further period of up to 24 months.
