Consultants for RegenCo Framework Agreement #2

RegenCo -East Hampshire District Council (hereafter called RegenCo) has a strategy of bidding for other Local Authority consultancy requirements by utilising their internal expertise
RegenCo is a business support service established by East Hampshire District Council (EHDC) to assist other local authorities and similar bodies and partnerships with accelerating the delivery of large-scale housing and mixed-use development, town centre (re)developments and other regeneration projects.
With the existing RegenCo supplier framework they can offer a unique perspective that integrates both public sector ethos and private sector approach and skills in the delivery of services, bringing local authority and community empathy with an intimate understanding of the industry with the adaptability and experience of the private sector.
The Council therefore wishes to enter into a Framework Agreement with up to three suitably experienced consultants for each Lot to carry out work on an ‘as instructed’ basis over a set term.
The Framework Agreement #2 is split into 15 LOTS, as future requirements are generally unknown until the Authority bids for and wins work the specifications below are the Skills and Experience required by consultants appointed to the Framework for such bid requirements to be successfully fulfilled.
