Luton Borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to enter into an agreement to undertake the process of preparing the joint repair program for 2016/17. The purpose of this programme is to repair and seal the reflective cracking in the asphalt and concrete paving around the Luton borough.
