Flying Start for Local Family

Luton Borough Council (LBC) wishes to commission a pilot to implement evidence based Brief Relationship Support Counselling. This is aimed specifically at families who are either expecting a baby or who have children under the age of five and are experiencing difficulties in their relationship which may impact adversely on their children. The service will be offered as part of the Flying Start early help offer. Therefore, the council is seeking an organisation able to deliver the service required.
