Dear Supplier,

Havant Borough Council (“the Council") would like to invite you to quote for the Provision of Replacement Boiler Plant at Bedhampton Social Hall, Havant PO9 3ES.

This email is a formal invitation to participate. The deadline for submission of quotes is 1600 hours on Monday 24 July.

If you have any questions relating to the quotation exercise itself, please raise these through the portal's messaging function once you are logged in.

We would like to advise if you are a member of the Capita group of companies, and are interested in a particular project or requirement you must inform us at the point you register on the portal and more importantly when you express interest in the project, by sending a message via the portal messaging service for that project. This will enable the Capita Procurement team to invoke the ethical walls process with yourselves and the 5C’s and ensure a transparent and compliant quotation/tender process is delivered.
